Readish courses are organized around web "bookmarks." When creating a course, your are effectively organizing your own bookmarks of web links - under various sections.
The "Dishes" section is generally meant for lessons, the "Chops" section for practices, "Desserts" for rewards, and "References" for detailed links. But you are free to be creative with your organization.
Each Readish bookmark contains five pieces of details:

You can create a Readish bookmark using either of these two methods:
- Use Web Waiter to extract details from any URLs.
- Click "New bookmark" under the "Create" menu,
Method 1: Create multiple bookmarks inside a course using Web Waiter.
When editing a course, you may paste up to 5 URLs into the Web Waiter box, which will extract the link details. When you save them, you are actually creating bookmarks, which you effectively organize inside this course.
Web waiter will look up the URLs and extract their thumbnail images, titles, description, and other information. See Create a course in Readish for more details about how to move, sort, and update these bookmark items.
After you click Save, these links will be saved as bookmarks. When you click list my "Bookmarks" on the left panel menu, you will these these latest links listed there as your latest bookmarks.
You may view and edit individual bookmark by clicking on the title on this list bookmarks page.
Method 2: Click "New bookmark" under "Create" menu.
In the New Bookmark page, paste a URL into the Web Waiter box. It will extract the details automatically (click the green arrow icon if Auto Run is off). Select an alternative thumbnail if several are available. Select a language if appropriate. Set another Access if desired. You can add "Guide" for readers after saving the bookmark.
Readish's Web Waiter will extract the details as shown below. Click the Save button to save.
After saving your bookmark, you will have a chance to write into the "Guide" box your opinion and comment about this bookmark, to guide your reader. You will be able to "update" the bookmark details by clicking the green up-arrow icon again, without affecting your written "Guide."
A bookmark will default to "Public" access, because most URLs are available to the public. In Method 1 above, where bookmarks are created under a course, the bookmark's access settings will follow the course's access setting. A private course will be created with private bookmarks. But even private bookmarks can be viewed by all users - only some personal details are hidden when viewed by non-owner. See the example below:
